Apartment Resident Events on a Private Lake Travis Boat

Private Lake Travis boat parties for apartment resident events: Clever Girl, Mon–Thu, up to 50 residents with captain, crew & DJ from $1,909 all-in. BYOB.

Apartment resident events on Lake Travis — a private, captained boat party that apartment communities book for resident appreciation nights, move-in socials, holiday parties and lease-renewal thank-yous. Premier Party Cruises charters Clever Girl, our flagship, to one community at a time: four hours on a weeknight (Monday–Thursday), up to 50 residents, with a licensed captain, crew and a DJ included, from $1,909 all-in. Every cruise departs Anderson Mill Marina, about 25 minutes from downtown Austin. Here is how resident events work for property and community managers.

A resident event residents actually RSVP to

Bar takeovers, bowling nights and movie screenings start to blur together on a resident calendar. A private cruise on Lake Travis is the one residents talk about afterward. The whole boat is private to your community: cruising, a DJ for the full four hours, a sound system and mic for raffles and shout-outs, and in the warm months a swim stop in a cove.

Popular formats are a resident appreciation night, a move-in social so new residents meet their neighbors, a December holiday party, a renewal-season thank-you for the residents you want to keep, and a summer swim night. All of them run on weeknights.

Resident event packages and pricing

Resident Night is Clever Girl for four hours, Monday–Thursday, up to 50 residents, with captain, crew and a DJ — from $1,909 all-in. That price already includes 8.25% Texas sales tax, the booking fee and 20% gratuity, which works out to about $38 a resident when 50 come.

The Dinner Cruise adds catering from our partner caterer (or your own), served on board. The Full Night adds a Party On Delivery bar package for your headcount, delivered to the dock. Both are quoted per event. Up to 75 residents can sail with added crew, and add-ons — a photo booth (coming soon) and a heater rental for winter dates — are quoted too. A 25% deposit holds the date.

Food, drinks and BYOB

Every cruise is BYOB: residents bring beer, wine, seltzers and spirits in cans or plastic (no glass on Lake Travis), and Clever Girl carries four extra-large coolers. If the property would rather provide the drinks, our sister company Party On Delivery builds a bar package and brings it to the dock with no venue markup — see the BYOB guide. Catering can come from our partner or any caterer you choose, and tables and chairs are available on request.

Built for property and community managers

One contact, Vic, runs the event start to finish, and the property gets one invoice. Once you book, we send a ready-to-post resident flyer and an RSVP link. We issue a certificate of insurance to your property or management company on request, and a licensed captain and crew run the boat the whole time.

Cruises run rain or shine on a covered boat, and Clever Girl is enclosed and heated for winter dates. If severe storms make it unsafe, the captain makes the call the day of, and we reschedule or refund. Free parking sits right by the dock at Anderson Mill Marina.

Frequently asked questions

What are good resident event ideas for an apartment community in Austin?

A private boat party on Lake Travis is the resident event that stands out from the usual bar takeover, bowling night or movie screening. Premier Party Cruises charters Clever Girl, our flagship, to a single apartment community for a 4-hour weeknight cruise — captain, crew and a DJ included, from $1,909 all-in for up to 50 residents. It works for resident appreciation nights, move-in socials, holiday parties, lease-renewal thank-yous and summer swim nights, and it departs from Anderson Mill Marina, about 25 minutes from downtown Austin.

How much does a resident event boat charter cost?

Resident Night starts at $1,909 all-in: Clever Girl for 4 hours, Monday through Thursday, up to 50 residents, with a licensed captain, crew and a DJ. That price already includes 8.25% Texas sales tax, the booking fee and 20% gratuity — about $38 a resident when 50 come. Groups of 51–75 add crew and are quoted on request. Catering and a Party On Delivery bar package are quoted per event, so the property gets one all-in number before booking.

How many residents can come on the boat?

Up to 50 residents at the Resident Night price. Clever Girl can carry up to 75 with added crew, which is quoted for your date. For larger communities that want everyone on the water at once, ask about a second boat cruising alongside.

Is a DJ included?

Yes. Every resident event package includes a DJ for the full four hours, plus the boat’s sound system and a mic for raffles, giveaways and shout-outs. A photo booth add-on is coming soon — ask when you book.

Can residents bring their own alcohol?

Yes. Every cruise is BYOB — beer, wine, seltzers and spirits in cans or plastic (no glass on Lake Travis). Clever Girl carries four extra-large coolers. If the property would rather provide the drinks, our partner Party On Delivery builds a bar package for your headcount and delivers it to the dock, with no venue markup. Anyone drinking must be 21 or older.

Can you cater the event?

Yes. We can arrange catering from a partner caterer and have it served on board, or you can bring your own caterer — there is no outside-food fee. Catering is quoted per event to your headcount. Tables and chairs are available on request.

What days and times are resident events available?

Resident Night runs Monday through Thursday as a 4-hour private cruise, with afternoon and evening departures. Weeknights usually book 2–3 weeks ahead; holiday weeknights in December go first. Weekend dates are available as a separate quote.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance for the property?

Yes. A licensed captain and crew run the boat for the whole cruise, and we issue a certificate of insurance to your property or management company on request. Life jackets in all adult sizes are aboard every cruise.

What happens if the weather is bad or it is cold?

Cruises run rain or shine on a covered boat, and Clever Girl is enclosed and heated for winter dates (a heater rental is added). If severe storms make it unsafe, the captain makes the call the day of, and we reschedule or refund.

How do we get residents to RSVP?

Once you book, we send you a ready-to-post resident flyer and an RSVP link, so there is nothing to design. You share it in your resident app, newsletter or lobby, and you get one contact and one invoice for the whole event.

Where does the cruise depart from?

Every resident event departs from Anderson Mill Marina, 13993 FM 2769, Leander, TX 78641 — about 25 minutes from downtown Austin on the north side of Lake Travis. Free parking sits right by the dock, which makes carpools easy.

How do I book a resident event?
