**6–10 guests, 4 hours, casual day:** Pontoon (self-drive) $400–$600 boat + $80 fuel + $40 ice + $50 floats = ~$570–$770. OR Premier Day Tripper (captained, 14-guest capacity) $800 base + tax + gratuity = ~$1,040 all-in (~$104/guest at 10 guests, includes everything).

**14–25 guests, 4 hours, bach / corporate:** Premier Meeseeks (25 guests) $900 base + tax + gratuity = ~$1,170 all-in (~$47/guest). Comparable on ATX Party Boats. Pontoon won't fit this size — would need 3 pontoons.

**30–50 guests, 4 hours, family reunion / corporate:** Premier The Irony (30) $900 + tax + gratuity = ~$1,170 OR upgrade to Clever Girl (75) $1,000 + tax + gratuity = ~$1,300 (more room). At 50 guests, ~$26/guest on Clever Girl.

**75+ guests, 4 hours, big bach / company milestone:** Premier Clever Girl (75) $1,000 + tax + gratuity = ~$1,300. At 75 guests, ~$17/guest. The only single-boat option this size on Lake Travis.

Hidden costs most groups forget

**Texas sales tax (8.25%)** — added at checkout. On a $1,000 base it's $82.50.

**Gratuity (20%)** — added at checkout for the captain + crew. On a $1,000 base it's $200. Combined tax + gratuity ≈ 28% of the base rate.

**BYOB drinks** — $25–$40/guest typical for a Lake Travis day. Party On Delivery (Premier's sister) pre-stocks for $30/guest including ice and coolers.

**Party-bus shuttle** (optional) — $600–$1,500 round-trip from downtown to Anderson Mill Marina. Worth it for groups of 20+ who don't want to drive.

**Catering / cake** (optional) — $20–$60/guest depending on what you order. Salt Lick + Stiles Switch deliver to the marina.

**Photography** (optional) — $300–$800 for 2–3 hours. Worth it for milestone events. We have 4 Austin photographers we recommend.
