Premier captains time the sunset block by season. April–May sunsets land around 8:00 PM, peak summer (June–August) around 8:30 PM, September–October around 7:30 PM. The 4:30–8:30 PM Saturday charter is the most-booked sunset block on the calendar because it cleans up sun exposure at both ends.

Meeseeks (25) at $225/hr base is the most-booked sunset bachelorette boat. Upper-deck shade for the sun-still-up portion of the charter, full audio for the playlist, room for 25 guests including chaperones if any.

Clever Girl (75) at $250/hr is the flagship sunset boat for the 50+ guest events: 50th birthdays, retirement parties, big-group bachelorette overlaps. Two decks, upper-deck dance floor, the gold-hour photo is unmatched.

How to book the right sunset block

Pick the season first. Spring (April–May) the sunset is at 8:00 PM, so a 4:00–8:00 PM block lands the boat at the dock at sunset. Peak summer (June–August) the sunset is at 8:30 PM, so 4:30–8:30 PM is the standard. Fall (September–October) sunsets land at 7:30 PM, so 3:30–7:30 PM works.

Premier holds these specific Saturday sunset blocks 8–12 weeks out for peak season. The 4-hour charter window is the operator standard; we will run shorter or longer blocks on request, but the 4-hour Saturday remains the trip-highlight format.

Lock the boat first, then the rest of the day flexes around it. Premier’s free weather-reschedule policy means the sunset date is the firm commitment regardless of forecast — if the weather turns, we move the date with no fee.

What to bring on a sunset party boat charter

BYOB cans and plastic only. Texas state rule: no glass on Lake Travis. Bring beer, seltzers, canned cocktails, and plastic cups for cocktails mixed on board. Premier coolers are stocked at the dock; ice is BYOB from any HEB on the way to Anderson Mill.

Layers for the temperature drop. The water is cooler at sunset; bring a light jacket or sweatshirt for after sunset. Sunscreen for the 4:00–6:00 PM window. Phone chargers — the audio system has a USB jack so the playlist runs off any phone.
